When you activate a license, we collect only:
We have no access to your payment card details. All payments are processed securely by LemonSqueezy, our payment provider. Your card information is entered directly on LemonSqueezy's secure platform — we never see, store, or have access to your payment details.
SideKick PS stores no personal data. The Software operates entirely locally on your computer. We do NOT collect, store, or transmit:
The Software stores only configuration settings (such as your preferences and API endpoints) locally on your computer in an INI file. No personal data is stored. This configuration data never leaves your machine and is not transmitted to us or any third party.

When using GoCardless through SideKick, you are the merchant and are responsible for:

Disclaimer of Warranties: SideKick PS is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Zoom Photography Studios Ltd and its suppliers and licensors hereby disclaim all warranties including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy or reliability of results, quiet enjoyment, and title. We do not warrant that the Software will be error free or that access will be continuous or uninterrupted. You understand that you use the Software at your own discretion and risk.
Third-Party Services: The license or agreement for GoCardless, GoHighLevel, Cardly International, and other third-party services is between YOU and the service provider. Zoom Photography Ltd is NOT acting as an agent for any third-party service provider and is NOT a party to the license between you and any third-party service provider. Each third-party service provider is solely responsible for their service, warranties (to the extent not disclaimed), and any claims relating to that service. Third-party services may change their APIs, pricing, or terms at any time without notice.
Limitation of Liability: You expressly understand and agree that Zoom Photography Studios Ltd shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to:
Zoom Photography Ltd shall have no liability for any failure or delay due to matters beyond its reasonable control.
Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Zoom Photography Ltd, its contractors, licensors, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debts (including legal fees) arising from: (i) your use of and access to the Software; (ii) your violation of any terms; (iii) your violation of any third-party right including privacy rights; (iv) any claim arising from incorrect invoices, payments, or client data; (v) any disputes with your customers regarding payments through GoCardless; (vi) your failure to comply with GoCardless, GoHighLevel, or other third-party terms of service.
You use all third-party integrations entirely at your own risk. See our Terms of Service and EULA for full details.
Your API credentials and tokens are stored locally on your computer in an encrypted or obfuscated format. We do not have access to your credentials. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your computer and credentials.
We retain license activation records for the duration of your subscription plus any legally required period. Uninstalling the Software removes all locally stored data from your computer.
