These Terms are offered subject to your acceptance without modification of all terms and conditions contained herein and all operating rules, policies (including our Privacy Policy) that may be published from time to time.
SideKick PS is a Windows companion application for ProSelect photography software. It provides integration with third-party services including GoHighLevel (CRM), GoCardless (payment processing), Cardly International (greeting card printing & postage), and LemonSqueezy (subscription billing).
The Software operates entirely locally on your computer. We do NOT store, process, or have access to your client data, payment information, or API credentials.
Once you create an account or install the Software, you are responsible for:

The Software integrates with third-party services including but not limited to GoHighLevel, GoCardless, Cardly International, and LemonSqueezy. You acknowledge that:
We disclaim any responsibility for any harm resulting from your use of Third-Party Services.
SideKick PS is sold on an annual subscription basis through LemonSqueezy.
All payments are processed by LemonSqueezy. We never see or have access to your payment card details.
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
Zoom Photography Ltd and its suppliers and licensors hereby disclaim all warranties of any kind, including but not limited to:
Neither Zoom Photography Ltd nor its suppliers and licensors makes any warranty that the Software will be error free or that access will be continuous or uninterrupted. You understand that you download from, or otherwise obtain content or services through, the Software at your own discretion and risk.
YOU EXPRESSLY UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT ZOOM PHOTOGRAPHY LTD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
Zoom Photography Ltd shall have no liability for any failure or delay due to matters beyond its reasonable control. The foregoing limitations apply even if Zoom Photography Ltd has been advised of the possibility of such damages and regardless of the theory of liability (contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise).
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Zoom Photography Ltd, its contractors, licensors, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debts, and expenses (including but not limited to legal fees) arising from:
This defense and indemnification obligation will survive termination of these Terms and your use of the Software.
Zoom Photography Ltd reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace any part of these Terms. It is your responsibility to check these Terms periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the Software following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
Zoom Photography Ltd may terminate your access to the Software at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, effective immediately. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Software and cancel your subscription.
All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of or related hereto shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
